Can you think of the last time your body felt tense?
Now try and recall a time where you felt freedom and positive energy.
Like a cloud that pollutes, it takes in toxins before it acid rains.
Our bodies, mind, and soul are no different and will give off what we accept as nourishment.
Today try this new technique that will make you feel amazing.
Start by finding a place where you can ease into your body and avoid distraction.
Make it a comfortable environment, either sitting on a couch or lying down. Or maybe you may want to take a bath. There is no wrong way if it feels good.
As you fade into the visual patterns of your day, your life, etc. let go of any attachment and pay attention to the movement of your breath.
Is it shallow? If so, deepen your inhales and exhales. Do a few of these to calm your nerves and then forget breathing altogether.
Feel the visceral sensation that your body naturally produces.
Place your right hand on your chest and begin to slowly make a grasping movement. Pause when it’s partially-opened and feel both your fingertips and flesh touching.
See your hand grow spiritually into your body, and imagine it move around your heart.
Carefully grasp a little firmer and notice the beat, ba-dum ba-dum, in your palm.
Gently pull your hand away from your body, still maintaining the grip with your heart inside.
Extend your arms out in front of you, and place your left hand underneath your right, palms up.
Picture the you that you would like to become. Say a prayer to who will receive this gift. In an offering of love, repeat the words, “I have faith in you, that my heart in your hands will hold the key. That I will become what I desire, and prosper with all the might of the universe. I trust. I am. Love.”
Without too much motion, unwind your right hand and watch your heart dissolve. See the particles sparkle like fireflies as they vanish into the air.
